PAW PACKS: MONTHLY PET FOOD DELIVERIES

At Mather, we understand that caring for your pets is an important part of Aging Well. Pets Aging Well (PAW) Packs are designed to support older adults by providing essential nutrition for your best furry companions.

How It Works:

• Monthly Delivery from Chewy:  Tell us if you own a dog, cat, or both to determine the kinds of treats you'll receive. If you own a dog, choose between a small or large pack of food to help us reduce food waste. Your PAW Pack will be delivered directly to your doorstep from Chewy.
• One-Time Sign-Up:  Register once to receive your PAW Pack each month for the next 12 months.
• Convenient Timing:  Sign-up by the 25th of each month to receive your first round of pet food around the 20th of the following month. After your initial sign-up, your pet food will be delivered each month for the next 12 months.

PAW Packs are available to Chicago residents age 55+ in select zip codes. Limit one 12-month subscription per household. 

CURRENT PARTICIPANTS: If you are currently enrolled in PAW Packs, you do not need to re-enroll at this time. You will receive an email one month prior to your subscription renewal with more information.
